Premantura

Premantura is a picturesque town with 450 residents, which was already settled during the Bronze Age, located in Istria`s far south. The entire peninsula of Premantura has a warm climate with a moderate quantity of rainfall and an average annual temperature of 13°C. The warmest month is July, while even in winter the temperature does not drop below 5°C.Even the hot summer days are bearable thanks to the refreshing breeze maestral (north-western landward breeze), burin (land breeze) and garbinada (south-western wind), sometimes jugo (south wind) or bura (north-eastern wind).
